Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion & basket size.
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock display standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper inventory control: stock checks, shrinkage control.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HO for promotions, pricing, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit standards.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation.
